Alun Davies, Director

Alun Davies has worked in the property sector since the 1980s, when he was residential sales director for a national chain of estate agents.  He is also a Director of Davies Property Investments, based in Leeds, and Commercial Director for Kingston, Surrey-based FiLGROUP www.filgroup.co.uk.

In addition to his property interests Alun is the Chair of CASAC www.casac.org.uk, one of the UK's leading social enterprises.  He also runs a successful management consultancy that provides business development services to businesses in multiple sectors www.alundavies.net

Brian Peace, Director

Brian Peace has been engaged in property development as a principal since 1980.  A former Chartered Quantity Surveyor and arbitrator he retired to concentrate on property development in 1986.

He has worked as a quantity surveyor on commercial developments in the UK and abroad being responsible or projects of up to £30 million.

Recent developments include the Rutland Lodge Medical Centre in Leeds (value £2 million) and the Seven Arts Centre and apartments at Lime Grove in Chapel Allerton (value £3 million). The latter project was designed to provide a subsidy towards the arts facility and has been described as a model of how the private sector can be a catalyst in providing community facilities.

Brian is on the Boards of various local charities including Phoenix Dance Theatre.

Mark Lawson, Director

Mark Lawson is the founder and owner of FiLGROUP based in Kingston, Surrey www.filgroup.co.uk.  FiLGROUP specialises primarily in land acquisition, planning gain, investment and development in SW London, Surrey and other parts of the UK.

Mark sold his successful London estate agency business in 2005 and is now concentrating on managing his investments and building his property portfolio.  Mark has extensive experience of redeveloping brown field sites and had worked with private and public sector investors including Richmond Churches Housing Association and the Town & Country Housing Group.
